Description Shipping & Return

The past does not remain within us as it once was. It is preserved in fragments that, years later, we piece together again, restoring connections and searching for the story they once formed as a whole. Some moments remain surprisingly vivid, while others quietly fade, and the empty spaces are gradually filled by the present and by the person we have become in the meantime. Torn fabric, a strip of film, an old sewing machine, and advancing flames become part of a single narrative in which the preservation of the past meets its inevitable transformation. Each time we return to what we have lived through, we assemble it anew. And perhaps, in the end, we spend our lives protecting something we can no longer say with certainty is the memory of the actual moment—or simply its last surviving version.
