2. Eligibility Criteria

• Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and truthful information during registration.

3. User Account Management

• Account creation is required for accessing certain features of the Platform.
• Users must safeguard their login credentials and report unauthorized use immediately.
• Artyleo retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Platform Usage

Artists

• Artists may upload, display, and sell their artworks.
• Artists must determine prices, manage transactions, and oversee order fulfillment.
• Artists are responsible for securely packaging their artworks.
• Pricing plans are available (Pricing).

Collectors

• Collectors can purchase artworks and participate in events.
• Shipping options include partner carrier services chosen during checkout or personal pickup, if authorized by the artist.
• Collectors have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the artwork. If no complaint or refund request is made within this period, payment will be released to the artist.

5. Fees and Payment Policies

• Artyleo takes 10-35% commission on sales
• Payment processing fees are the seller's responsibility.
• Transactions must comply with applicable legal and payment processor regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive materials.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Undertaking actions detrimental to the Platform or its users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Artyleo a non-exclusive license to display and promote their works.
• Artyleo's branding and proprietary content are protected and cannot be used without permission.

8. Liability Limitations

• Artyleo is not liable for disputes arising between users or involving third parties.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

9. Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

• Artists are solely responsible for the secure packaging of their artworks.
• Collectors may select from available shipping options during checkout or opt for personal pickup if allowed by the artist.

10. Account Termination

• Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
• Artyleo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
