This lithograph connects the archetype of Orpheus – an artist who was able to touch the underworld itself with his music – with the figure of a gardener who takes care of the landscape and the inner world. Just like Orpheus, we also had to descend into the depths, sometimes for us, if we want to understand our shadows, it is good to gather courage and look inside ourselves. The gardener here symbolizes the act of care: if we consciously cultivate our thoughts and relationship with the landscape, we create harmony that heals not only us, but also the world around us. Lithography is drawn/painted directly on the stone. This guarantees a 100% authentic transfer of the author's handwriting to the print. It is then transferred from the stone to paper using a roller. In addition, each color must be applied (drawn/painted) to the stone again. After printing, the stone is completely ground. The given motif can therefore never be printed again.This makes litho prints truly collector's item.
