Tentokrát jsem zkoumala barevnou hloubku, jemné struktury a organické tvary mořských korálů. Pracovala jsem s kontrasty barev, aby jednotlivé plochy a formy vytvářely živou a dynamickou mozaiku. První obraz z nové série PELAGIA, vzniká můj nový obrazový cyklus o tom, co se děje v místě, kde se světlo dotýká hloubky a oba prostory se navzájem proměňují. Nesnažím se zachytit konkrétní podobu mořských organismů, mnohem víc mě zajímá samotný proces jejich vznikán, vrstvení, růst, eroze, proměnlivá barevnost. To, jak se tvary rodí, rozpouštějí a znovu skládají. Moře pro mě v této sérii není vyobrazená skutečnost, ale abstraktní médium, ve kterém se můžu dotýkat pohybu, ticha i zářivé energie zároveň.
