Tento obraz pro mě vznikal v tichu, kdy nebylo třeba mluvit, jen cítit. Byl to okamžik, kdy jsem potřebovala uchopit něco, co bylo ve mně – neurčité, křehké, a přesto silné. Modrá pro mě představuje hloubku, ve které se člověk může ztratit i najít. Zlato a perleť jsou záblesky naděje, vzpomínek, světla, které prosvítá i skrze bolest nebo nejistotu. Vrstvením hmoty, strukturou a barvou jsem se snažila zachytit emoci, která je těžko pojmenovatelná. Jako když se těsně po probuzení pokoušíme podržet sen, jehož obraz už mizí, ale pocit přetrvává. Právě ten pocit – syrový, ale nejednoznačný – je otiskem, který jsem chtěla vtisknout do plátna. Obraz není záznamem konkrétní události, ale stavu. Je to mapa vnitřního prostoru, který si většinou nedovolíme nahlas procházet. Každá vrstva barvy je jako nadechnutí, každá struktura jako otázka, na kterou možná nechceme znát odpověď. „Otisk modrého snu“ je pro mě ztišení, zpomalení, návrat k sobě.
